The Key Players
Chris Wesolowski, the CEO of AES Projects Ltd., takes a hands-on approach in managing every aspect of the company. He understands that honesty, dedication and conscientiousness are the foundation required to build a successful company and he has based AES on these core values. He has a deep commitment to customer service and, with that in mind, provides his most valuable resource, manpower, with leadership and mentoring to instill these values.
Chris provides a wealth of experience that includes 25 years of business experience with eight years of oilfield management experience including the areas of pipeline construction, facility and maintenance, turnarounds, abandonment/reclamation, boilers, manpower and equipment rentals. Throughout his experience, he has maintained an exceptional safety record and considers safety to be critical in the value of our manpower and company success.
Travis Dyer recently started with AES as General Manager. Travis started his career in the Oilfield in 1996 as a labourer/welder helper and then moved into welding ultimately leading to receiving his Journeyman Welding ticket in 2001.
Travis has worked with Oil and Gas companies like Penn West, CNRL and Talisman as the Construction Foreman/Project Manager for about 10 years.
Travis specializes in planning and supervising special projects and turnarounds. He oversees estimating projects, QC/QA program and project management as well as working with our team in Operations for day to day maintenance and manpower coordination.
Chris, the Business Development Manager, heads up our business development and client relations from Calgary, AB. He brings an extensive and diverse background to the team and has over 19 years experience in the pipeline and facility construction industry. He initially started his career in 1998 on the ground as a labourer and he has worked great oilfield construction companies along his way.
Chris' primary focus is to establish, grow and maintain a superior level of client satisfaction from a BD perspective. Client/contractor interaction & communication from project inception to completion and thereafter is paramount to maintain excellent client relations and critical to his success along with honesty and integrity.
At Artisan we don’t just talk safety, we work safety. We have been committed to safety since our inception and we continue to invest time, energy and resources to ensure a safe and productive workforce. We are Complyworks and ISN compliant as well as applying our own intensive safety training and monitoring program. We perpetually review our Safe Work Practices and Procedures to ensure they are of the highest standards and functional for use in actual situations. All members of the team contribute to procedure review, providing valuable, experience and insight.
We understand that dedicated management, employees and contractors are instrumental in sustaining our company benchmark of zero incidents and we maintain an outstanding safety culture including implementation of policies standards, and procedures.
At Artisan we meet and exceed all health, safety and environmental legislation, regulations and requirements applicable to our industry. Our management system includes comprehensive training, asset tracking and monitoring of our safety program to ensure continuing excellence.
Our QC guidelines are provided by ABSA making us capable of completing welding procedures on both sweet and sour projects.
